COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Control Techniques SERVODRIVE parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Semikron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Scadapack-(schneider-Electric) parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Semikron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Semikron such as the SKD14616L100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TBUX297166 manufactured by Scadapack-(schneider-Electric) and we are pleased to be able to service most Scadapack-(schneider-Electric) systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SKKH12212E by Manufacturer Semikron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand TM200EZ24 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rexroth such as SM510TC equipment made by Rexroth have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexroth products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexroth" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available T010A44A398796G01 made by Fanuc as well as the popular SKDH11516 original spares produced by Semikron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SKKH27314E by Semikron and SM510TC spares by Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TR15S3A130V Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rexroth. |
